Dear Coaches and Riders,
It's show time!! The dates for our Fall TRAV Show are October 9 & 10, 2010 at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, VA.
Enclosed please find the TRAV Fall Show Packet. Included you will find a schedule of events, class descriptions, entry forms, liability forms, dressage tests, show rules and guidelines, and some tips for the riders. Please note that on Sunday's show we may skip the lunch break and continue running the show. Historically, this day's events run quicker than on Saturday, therefore, we would like the opportunity to "move along" to allow folks to pull out earlier in the day if possible. Certainly, if the riders need the lunch break we will have one, as their welfare is our utmost concern.
All entries and fees MUST be postmarked by September 15, 2010. Entries postmarked after that date are subject to a $20.00 late fee per rider! Please mail your entries and fees to the show secretary:

Also enclosed in the packet materials is a letter and forms concerning sponsorships and silent auction donations. Please feel free to photocopy the letter and forms as needed. We need everyone's help in raising funds for the show. This year we would also like to ask that each center donate a basket of goodies for the Silent Auction. Please note on the forms that the information for silent auctions and sponsorships are to come to my address. Again, the deadline is September 15th in order to make the printing deadline for the program.
